What you can order

The panel has two Community member services for X. They’re identical in speed and limits; the only difference is whether a refill window is included:

Option What it does Good for
Members with 15-day refill Members added to your Community, with a 15-day refill window, instant start Communities you plan to build over months
Members, no refill Members added to your Community, instant start, no refill window Short-term events, tests and one-off launches

Both options start instantly, deliver up to 10,000 members a day and accept orders from 50 to 10,000 members. The refill terms, speed and limits are shown on each service before you buy. If you’d rather not add a large number at once, the panel’s drip-feed option lets you spread an order over time.

How X Communities work

X Communities are topic-based groups inside X. Members post to each other rather than only to their followers, which is why they’re one of the few places a new account can reach interested strangers. A few rules matter when you order members:

  • Admins and moderators run them. They set the membership type, approve requests and moderate conversation.
  • Joining requires a public account. According to X’s help center, protected accounts can’t join Communities.
  • There are three membership types: open, ask to join plus member invites, and ask to join only. On the two “ask to join” settings, every request waits for approval by an admin or moderator.
  • Community posts travel. They appear on the Community page, in members’ Home timelines, in global search, on the author’s profile and in other timelines. Non-members can see them and reply, though moderators can restrict or hide replies.
  • Community posts have no public view count. Replies, likes and reposts are the visible signals, so the member count and the conversation are what visitors judge a Community by.

Our X Communities guide covers joining, posting, moderation roles and what happens to posts if a Community is deleted or suspended.

When buying Community members makes sense

  • A brand-new Community. A group with a handful of members looks inactive, and people deciding whether to join hesitate to be among the first. A starting member count makes the invitation easier to accept.
  • A launch alongside a product or project. When you open a Community for customers, fans or beta testers, a reasonable member count helps it look like a place worth checking.
  • Creators and brands moving conversation off the main timeline. If you’re asking your followers to join a Community, a room that already looks active converts better than an empty one.
  • Agencies building Communities for clients. Resellers can place and track member orders for several clients through the API.

What Community members can’t do

Be honest about this part. Added members raise the member count. They don’t post, reply, answer questions, invite friends or turn up in Community Spaces. A Community is only as good as its conversation, and conversation comes from people who care about the topic.

Keep two habits:

  1. Judge by replies, not members. Since Community posts have no public view count, replies and returning posters are the clearest sign the Community is working.
  2. Seed the conversation yourself. Post the first discussion threads, ask questions that invite replies and bring in a few people you know will contribute. Members make the door look open; you still have to make the room worth staying in.

Before you order: a quick checklist

  1. Use the Community link. Open the Community on X and copy its link. A post link or profile link won’t work for a member service.
  2. Make sure the Community is active and visible. A suspended Community’s posts become visible only to you, so fix any issues before ordering.
  3. Choose refill or no refill up front. If the Community is a long-term project, the 15-day refill option gives you cover in the first weeks.
  4. Size the order to your plan. Delivery runs at up to 10,000 a day. For a slower, steadier curve, use drip-feed (where the service supports it) instead of one large order.
  5. One order per Community at a time. Let an order complete before placing another on the same link, so the two don’t overlap.

What to expect after you order

  • An instant start. Both services begin right away and deliver at up to 10,000 members a day.
  • The member count rises; activity doesn’t. Expect the number to change, not the number of posts. Plan your first week of discussion prompts before you order.
  • Refill if you chose it. On the refill option, the 15-day window and its terms are shown on the service. The no-refill option has no such cover.
  • Track progress. The Orders page shows each order’s status, and resellers can automate orders with the API.

Get more Community members organically, too

The members who stay are the ones who came for the topic. The habits that grow a Community on their own:

  • Give the Community a narrow, clear topic and write rules that tell people what a good post looks like.
  • Post the first discussions yourself and answer every early reply.
  • Share your best Community posts with your followers as regular posts, and invite them to join.
  • Host a Community Space or a live Q&A to give members a reason to show up at the same time — Space listeners can help the first one look busy.
  • Invite people who already talk about the topic, and turn active members into moderators.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the refill and no-refill options?

The refill option comes with a 15-day refill window, so members lost during that period are covered under the terms shown on the service. The no-refill option has no such window. Both have an instant start and the same order limits.

Do you need my X password?

No. You only paste the link to your Community. We never ask for your login, and you keep full control of your account and the Community's settings.

Which link do I need?

The link to the Community itself — not a post inside it, and not your profile. Open the Community on X and copy its link.

What is the minimum order?

Community member services start at 50 members and go up to 10,000 per order, delivered at up to 10,000 a day. Current limits are shown on each service in the panel.

Will the new members post or reply in my Community?

No. Added members raise the member count, but they won't start conversations, answer questions or reply to posts. That part still depends on the real members you attract.

Is it safe to buy Community members?

We never touch your account, and nothing is needed beyond the Community link. Still, X's platform manipulation policy prohibits artificially inflating engagement, so the risk is never zero. Use members to get a new Community past its empty first weeks, not as a replacement for real members, and decide what level of risk suits your account.
